Are you an operations professional with a passion for customer success? UrbanMop, the fastest-growing cleaning company in Ottawa, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in our continued success. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to be a key player in a company that puts its customers and cleaners first.
Position Overview:
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience by managing inquiries, addressing complaints, and supporting client retention efforts. You will be responsible for handling customer feedback, documenting and resolving complaints, and assisting in strategic customer success initiatives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and respond to all email traffic that comes inbound to the generic inbox
- Support and respond to all cleaner inquiries from all our communication channel (Kustomer, Ring Central and etc.)
- Support any customer inquiries received by messages, emails or inbound call
- Receive and secure/close inbound sales calls from customer
- Ensure that all bookings in CRM system is up to date at all times
- Ensure that scheduling for appointments are made in a timely manner as per policy
- Collaborate with other Operations Specialist during shift to ensure smooth customer and cleaner support
- Handle Customer Complaints
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize client needs.
- Experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in documentation and tracking systems.
