We are looking for a QA/QC Lead for our Daanbantayan PV construction project. The position will be based in Daanbantayan and will report to the Construction Site Manager.

The QA/QC Lead is responsible for overseeing and implementing all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in maintaining project efficiency, safety, and performance through effective quality management systems and coordination among project stakeholders.

• Manage and implement QA/QC processes in accordance with the Construction Quality Management Plan, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP), and Method Statements (MS) for Civil Balance of Plant (BOP), Electrical BOP, Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), and Access Roads.
• Supervise audits, inspections, and material and equipment testing to ensure all works meet required standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent quality performance and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for all QA/QC activities.
• Lead daily inspection activities and support project teams in implementing quality procedures.
• Collaborate with HSE and Project Management to ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality objectives.
• Monitor and facilitate the closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs).
• Support additional tasks such as staking and as-built surveys for roads and WTGs, preparation of BOQs for permit requirements, and coordination with the development team on land and tree-clearing matters.

Requisitos del candidato

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.
• 4+ years of QA/QC experience in construction or renewable energy projects, including site-based roles.
• Hands-on experience with site inspections, audits, testing, and NCR/SOR management.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to be based on-site in Daanbantayan.
