The CRM Architect is responsible for the technical integrity of Dynamics 365 CRM implementation while providing technical guidance to the Project Team, IT Teams, and the Scrum Masters within the Delivery Team. He/She supports other technical leads in implementing best practices, solution architecture and the implementation of Dynamics 365 architectural governance.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop technical solution designs and implementation plans and take full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution.
• Translate the critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software product, customizations and integrations.
• Detect and classify technical risks and issues and actively work to mitigate and resolve risks and technical debt.
• work with technical teams to help determine timelines, project tasks, and requirements gathering process.
• Ensures to follow the architectural trends and advancements, especially in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of in-dept experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure Services such Logic Apps, Function Apps, App Registration, etc. is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in CRM/CE/Web Development and Enterprise Application related projects.
• Has an experience handling projects for medium/large customers and CRM transformation projects.
• Advanced knowledge of development work using JavaScript, .Net, C#, , SSRS, SSIS.
• Experience in Integration Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Test Driven Development and DevOps.
• Experience in designing and governing complex enterprise architectures and deep understanding of API.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
