NOC SUPERVISOR

Job Summary
Responsible for the daily supervision of the NOC to ensure that all performance and
contractual requirements are being met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administers staff and service functions that provide 24x7 support and service to

the organization.

• Oversees operations and administrations of the organization's internal/external

escalation chain with proactive status to clients.

• Supervises 6 or more associates in jobs with network, systems administration

and DBA.

• Conducts performance evaluation of members.
• Recommends solutions to a variety of day-to-day challenges, includes root cause

analysis.

Job Specifications:

• More than 3 years of experience leading a NOC and/or Service desk function.

2. 3 years working experience as System Administrator.

• Skills in Linux and Windows
• Functional understanding of network support, systems administrations and

database activities.

• Working experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical network and server

operations with familiarity to Ticketing system.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
