    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to optimize marketing processes, ensure data integrity, and measure the impact of campaigns across the UK and US. This role ensures marketing efforts translate into measurable pipeline and revenue contribution.

    What This Role Is NOT

    To ensure clarity, this role excludes all "front-end" or "public-facing" activities:

    • Not Creative: No content creation, social media, copywriting, or graphic design.
    • Not Media Buying: No managing paid ad spend, digital ad accounts, or PPC.
    • Not Client-Facing: You will not manage external client accounts or relationships.
    • Not Customer Service: You will not interact with customers or handle support inquiries. Your "customers" are our internal sales and strategy teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead & Funnel Management (35%) – Monitor lead flow, MQL → SQL conversion rates, and funnel health to ensure consistent demand generation.
    • Data & Segmentation (25%) – Maintain clean, segmented data for targeted campaigns and ABM programs.
    • Campaign ROI & Attribution (25%) – Track ROI, optimize spend, and measure marketing's impact on revenue.
    • Operational Excellence (15%) – Standardize reporting, ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales data flows, and optimize processes.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work across multiple regions (UK and US) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
