    Qualifications1. College graduate, preferably with business background 2. Comfortable with basic financial statements and models 3. With relevant work experience (e.g., real estate transactions, leasing, property management, capital budgeting, and financial modeling)Accountabilities1.

    Determine the economic feasibility of investment proposals in order to provide the acquisitions team and management with the commercial parameters for their negotiations 2.

    Validate commercial terms, project costs, operational expenses, and other variables versus company investment criteria (i.e., financial feasibility study) 3.

    Coordinate with the Finance team with regards to the assumptions and structure of the economic model in evaluating investments 4.

    Facilitate the marketing of idle assets whether for sale, lease, or other types of commercial transactions and their eventual execution 5.

    Ensure lease renewals are on time and can deliver the required return (i.e., lease management) 6.

    Manage and preserve the value of the company's real estate portfolio (i.e., security, maintenance, payment of real property taxes and other government compliances) 7.

    Provides the Leadership Team with a concise overview/status of each investment proposals 8. Carry out any other duties in accordance with the General Position Definition 9. Follow company policies and other rules
