The company urgently hiring a Lead Associate - Operations who will manage customer interactions through a pooled model responding to triggers and alerts investigating root causes of customer health issues implementing corrective actions conducting product training sessions webinars driving adoption executing tasks across the customer lifecycle monitoring acting on triggers curating sharing content newsletters product updates enhancing engagement performing account insight analysis recommending improvements tracking reporting KPIs Gross Revenue Retention CSAT health scores CTA completion working closely with Account Managers maintaining shared notes updates ensuring consistent customer experience.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success Sales principles SaaS business models Experience with CS platforms trigger-based workflows Excellent communication skills analytical mindset ability to interpret health scores usage data survey feedback Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously fast-paced environment Willingness to work onsite night shift
