Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Photo Editor to enhance and refine images for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have experience editing and elevating property images to present real estate listings at their best. You'll adhere to strict quality guidelines, meet project specifications, and work within tight delivery timeframes. This role requires collaboration with creative teams to produce visually compelling content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance real estate photos, including colour correction, frame blending in Photoshop, sky replacements, masking, composite merging, and object removal.
  
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all images to meet quality standards.
  
• Systematically manage and organise digital image libraries, ensuring efficient archival processes.
  
• Prepare images for upload across platforms, ensuring proper resolution, formatting, and optimisation.
  
• Conduct quality checks on edited images to guarantee adherence to specifications and brand standards.
  
• Use advanced photo editing tools, including Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, to deliver professional results.
  
• Stay informed on photography and editing trends to incorporate innovative techniques into workflows.
  
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in photo editing, retouching, or a similar role.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  
• Strong understanding of colour correction, photo manipulation, and image composition.
  
• Ability to work with creative teams to meet project goals and branding guidelines.
  
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  
• Familiarity with video editing tools is an advantage.
