    Key Responsibilities

    1. Digital Growth & Lead Generation


    • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)


    • Optimize ad spend to improve CPL and CAC


    • Develop and manage lead-generation funnels


    • Track and report weekly marketing performance metrics

    2. SEO & Website Management


    • Execute SEO strategy (on-page, technical, content optimization)


    • Improve organic traffic and search visibility


    • Oversee website updates and landing page optimization


    • Ensure tracking tools, analytics, and conversion pixels are properly implemented

    3. Marketing Automation & CRM


    • Manage HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) workflows


    • Build lead nurturing sequences


    • Monitor MQL to SQL pipeline performance


    • Generate structured performance dashboards for leadership

    4. Budget Ownership & ROI Tracking


    • Manage monthly marketing budget


    • Allocate spend across channels based on performance


    • Track and report budget utilization and ROI


    • Recommend optimization strategies based on data

    5. Team Leadership & Sales Support


    • Manage and guide marketing team members (content, interns, creatives)


    • Coordinate marketing events and track event ROI


    • Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion


    • Support campaign execution aligned with revenue targets

    • Monthly qualified leads (MQL & SQL)


    • Cost per Lead (CPL)


    • Cost per Acquisition (CAC)


    • Marketing-attributed revenue


    • Organic traffic growth


    • Budget efficiency and ROI

    Qualifications


    • Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing or growth roles


    • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns


    • Strong understanding of SEO and website optimization


    • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems


    • Experience managing marketing budgets


    • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action


    • Experience managing a small team
