    Job Description:

    Participate in daily/weekly calls set-up by Training Managers to provide updates on New Hire Training (NHT) batches. Take direction from the designated training Managers and conduct training for new employees as well as refresher training for employees in BAU Operations

    Set up daily/weekly huddles with trainees to track progress and resolve any issues

    Implementation of deliverables in line with the signed of TSD and governance plan

    Participate in calibration exercises as and when set up by Quality Team

    Create and maintain contents

    Create and maintain accurate documentation and training MI in line with the organization policies and standards such as ISO:9001

    Conduct certification programs and other developmental workshops for Flex Trainer.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 2-years' experience as a Trainer with Travel/ Airline account background.
    • Excellent Communication.
    • Proficient in any Global Distribution System (GDS)
    • Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
