- Answering phone calls and responding to emails and web chats.
- Performing back-office tasks associated with reservations and hotel operations.
- Utilizing customer service skills to handle phone calls and address guest inquiries.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Handling general administration duties and responding to guest emails and other website inquiries.
- At least a year of experience in the BPO Industry, specifically in doing Customer Service
- Experience with Reservation Accounts is a BIG PLUS
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work on an Early shift schedule (4am or 6 am shift start)
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
