Job Summary
This position involves receiving inspecting and verifying incoming materials against delivery documents properly storing labeling organizing materials in designated warehouse locations issuing materials based on approved requests maintaining accurate issuance records monitoring stock levels coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment conducting regular physical inventory counts reconciling discrepancies maintaining inventory records using manual logs or warehouse management systems ensuring proper handling storage safety of materials equipment coordinating with logistics procurement project teams to ensure material availability preparing inventory delivery stock movement reports maintaining cleanliness orderliness security of the warehouse at all times complying with company policies safety regulations standard operating procedures+
