    Summary: Full-time position available for students in the Philippines who are currently studying cyber security or have hands-on cyber security experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead discussions with customers. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus, along with a strong interest in cyber security.

    Required Skills: The successful candidate will have, in descending importance:

    • Excellent skills in leading discussion and summarising meetings in business English
    • Good skills in Excel, for example to create Graphs and Pivot Tables
    • Good skills in PowerPoint creation and presentation, for example to animate slides
    • A background in cyber security; candidates should be currently studying cyber security or have relevant hands-on experience.

    Personal Qualities: The successful candidate will be very engaging, honest, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure. Our customers will really enjoy working with them.

    • Salary of $5.00 per hour, for 30 to 40 hours a week from 9am UK time to 5:30pm UK time (with 30-minute break)
    • Possible permanent role, as the aim is to offer a permanent role within three months.

    The main tasks of the role are to:

    • Lead customer meetings (60%): requires excellent interpersonal skills, and friendly, calm, confident personality. The successful candidate will be a relaxed, likeable presenter.
    • Schedule & then follow-up on customer meetings (30%): requires personal organisation and tenacity, to ensure that actions are well documented and completed promptly.

    Continuous Learning (10%): requires strong desire to learn about business impact of cyber.

    Selection Process:

    • 11th March (Wednesday): Interviews: each short-listed candidate will participate in one 2-hour group interview, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Manila time or 2:00 PM UK - 4:00 PM UK time, over Webex. Candidates will be given tasks to show skills in creating Excel graphs & pivot tables, as well as making PowerPoint slides.
    • Deliver a 2-3 minute PPT presentation, on "Cyber Insights – the most interesting two reports at "
    • Demonstrate good listening & writing skills and friendly, calm, confident personality by joining a 20 minute discussion with other candidates, while making notes in the same format as this job description (eg headings, bullet points, etc).
    • Use Excel to quickly graph some data into "bubble diagrams" and histograms. 
    • Discuss the role, ask questions and make suggestions, meet future colleagues. 

    ● 16th March (Monday): Successful candidate informed, logistics arranged for successful start.

    ● 23rd March (Monday):: Successful candidate starts work as Cyber Resilience Consultant.
