    Job Scope:

    Lead the development of financial feasibility studies for SCMC projects, using FAST (Financial Analysis Spreadsheet Tool) as a primary tool that are used as one of the basis to greenlight development of a project.

    Job Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Business Development, Finance or Accounting (Open to fresh graduates with strong excel, numerical and financial modeling skills)
    • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred degree in Finance and Accounting)
    • Strong numerical and Financial Modeling skills, Advanced Excel

    STRATEGIC PLANNING & SPECIAL PROJECTS

    • Conducts financial feasibility studies of MC Group projects – i.e. new malls, mall expansions, mall redevelopment projects and leisure businesses.
    • Presents findings of financial feasibility studies for review and approval of the Vice President.
    • Assist the Vice President on MC group's growth projects for new malls, mall expansions and mall re-development.
    • Tracks and updates financial reports directly related to the 5 year plan for new malls and expansions like CAPEX.
    • Work closely with concerned MC groups' departments to ensure that critical strategies and projects are being implemented properly; and areas to improve are addressed.

    RESEARCH, DATA GATHERING AND ANALYSIS

    • Assists in data analysis projects that help different SCMC stakeholders and leaders make informed decisions periodic review of financial metrics and forecast.
    • Conduct data gathering/validation, research, analyses, studies, and projects
    • Develop and maintain database that will serve repository of historical and projected business information
    • Special Projects and ad hoc studies
