    WORK SCOPE:
    Achieves customer acquisition targets; maintains brand equity; manages all customer touchpoints including the website, and maximizes marketing budgets.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
    1) Acquire leads for new customers
    a)

    Create awareness and interest via digital touchpoints:
    social media, email marketing, SMS

    b) Create in-house events / participate in third-party events for lead generation

    c) Develop and monitor performance marketing campaigns

    d) Prepare email marketing content

    e) Update the company website

    f) Improve searchability in relevant categories via search engine optimization/search engine marketing

    g) Achieves target budget for customer acquisition cost

    2) Maintain brand equity across all touchpoints
    a) Ensure compliance of brand guidelines across online and physical touchpoints

    b) Prepare basic publication materials and copy for social media calendar

    c) Outsource publication materials and ensure effective execution by third-party creative teams as needed

    d) Manage creatives budget

    3) Manage external marketing consultants
    a) Prepares and updates contracts for artists, SEO/SEM consultants, etc.

    b) Sets regular meetings and documents work accomplished

    4) Provide internal marketing support
    a) Prepare replies for frequently asked questions for Customer Service

    b) Prepare publication materials for company requirements


    ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

    Reports to:
    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Closely coordinates with:
    Marketing Team, Sales Department

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • EDUCATION: Graduate of Marketing, Commerce, Business Studies/Management/Administration or related
    • SKILLS
    4 years of relevant work experience especially in consumer insights and content creation
    Adept knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
    Fluent proficiency level in both English and Tagalog written and oral communication
    Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
    Exposure to C or D Marketing is an advantage

    WORK SCHEDULE:
    Number or hours excluding lunch break: 8 hours (total of 9 hours with lunch break)

    Shift Schedule: 9AM-6PM

    Work schedule: 5-day work week with weekends off
