    DESCRIPTION OF BASIC FUNCTIONS:


    The key responsibilities of a Project Development Supervisor is to propose strategic projects in response to anyimprovements, optimization and growth opportunities, and to support the SBU Head by leading thedevelopment of selected projects.

    B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WEIGHT KPI1. Implement robust programs for all projects, withappropriate change control processes. Regularlyreview and update project programs, and reportsignificant variances to the SBU Head.2. Responsible for driving project timelines andcosts. On-Time completion of projects3. Negotiate contracts, agreements and otherproject development documents with outside partiesZero discrepancy and dispute on allcontracts4. Become familiar with all project documentation,regulatory requirements and milestones, andmonitoring project progress against thoserequirements100% compliant to all regulatoryrequirements5. Utilize our project management, documentcontrol and MIS tools to control and report on projectprogress.
    At least 30% growth on the number ofbrokers (annual target)6. Provide quantitative analytical support, strategicresearch and analysis for key project developmentdecisions100% availability of strategic researchand analysis7. Ensure all necessary measures are incorporatedin projects to minimize and mitigate any adverseimpact on the environment and local communities. Zero Unresolved Issues with variousBrokers8. On-Time submission of required reports.

    QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Attend to CMDC's induction on Environmental Compliance and any other IMS orientations & training required
    • Adhere to CMDC's Environmental Regulations imposed by CMDC (i.e. Waste Management Policy)
    • Throw garbage properly as per waste management policy
    • Ensure to turn off lights and air conditioner when going home
    • Use water responsibly
    • Take good care of equipment, vehicle, or laptop issued to my custody
    • Report to immediate head any Near Miss observed
    • Ensure to comply with Client's requirements to obtain Client's Satisfaction and avoid Customer ComplaintsD

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    Bachelor's degree in management accounting, AccountancyTRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
    At least 3 years experience in Business Development Jobs gained from a real estate industrySKILLS:

    • Above average oral and written communication skills using the English and Cebuano language
    • Numeracy and ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
    • Proficient in computer applications and business machinesPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
    • Must work well with people across all levels and has a sense of cooperation and teamwork
    • Professional, has initiative and with integrity
    • Can work under stress and not cave into pressure

    Willing to travel across the PhilippinesTECHNICAL & ORGANIZATION:

    • Knowledge of Creative Suite 5 is preferred, Adobe InDesign and PhotoshopSalary: 35k to 40k
