Job summary

We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to own and maintain content quality across our personal finance products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • CMS Operations Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components Validate that CTA behavior labels and product attributes are configured correctly Conduct regular audits to identify outdated incorrect or misconfigured content Support CMS migrations enhancements and content model updates Rewrds & Promotions Setup Set up and maintain reward forms offers in Rewards Gateway Configure reward logic eligibility criteria promotional messaging Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration rewarding display Support transactional post-application messaging flows Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product Engineering teams on the following Validate content requirements for new features Raise document technical issues Coordinate with Commercial Campaign teams support provider requests Assist Analytics BA teams click tracking attribution setup when required In This Role We Are Looking For Someone With 2-3 years of writing experience Outstanding command English language Strong writing skills emphasis efficiency accuracy Some experience with Google Optimize & ContentStack & Hubspot & Strapi preferred Meticulous detail-oriented Excellent verbal communication interpersonal skills Willing learn adapt fast-paced environment Able prioritize complete tasks assigned Good To Have Keen interest world personal finance Knowledge UI UX writing Experience supporting QA CMS migrations #MoneyMax What can you expect from us Impact We actively empowering connecting people better financial future Join if want help achieve mission Work
