Job summary
This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate medication processing timely communication and seamless support for patients and healthcare partners.Responsibilities
- Profile new orders into Digital Rx accurately and in a timely manner
- Prioritize and flag STAT orders received before PM for same-day processing; orders after PM are processed the next day unless marked STAT
- Monitor and triage the pharmacy Gmail inbox
- Respond to general inquiries or escalate STAT requests via Slack #afterhours-holidays-phonequeue
- Sent intake forms such as the LTC Enrollment Form to new patient emails
