    Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of the world's largest marketplace in the global marine industry.

    Our client is looking for an experienced Automation QA Engineer professional for the job of QA Engineer.

    Job Details:
    • Position: | QA Automation Engineer - Selenium/Cypress/JavaScript/TypeScript.
    • This role will be on mid-shift and WFH arrangement with 1 day onsite (Thursday).
    • Salary range: PHP 70, ,000.00 per month.

    Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and execute automation testing scripts.
    • Design, develop, and execute performance testing scripts.
    • Create comprehensive test cases relevant to test conditions.
    • Identify, raise, and retest software defects and record results in a defect management tool.
    • Monitor and maintain automation and performance testing scripts.
    • Drive the team to deliver more frequently by enabling continuous integration.
    • Maintains documentation of the automated scripts to assist debugging and users.
    • Participate in sprint ceremonies like scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, product grooming, and analysis.
    • Assess scopes and provide estimates for testing.
    • Propose and implement process improvements that could benefit the whole project team

    Key Job Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related software engineering discipline or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of automation testing and hands-on scripting experience.
    • Experience in test automation frameworks like , Selenium, Playwright, , or similar.
    • A solid understanding of OOP development practices and demonstrable experience with JavaScript, Typescript, or similar.
    • A good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and NodeJS.
    • A passion for testing experience, particularly web front-end and back-end testing experience.
    • Working knowledge of tools such as ASANA, BitBucket, Git, Azure DevOps.
    • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases including SQL and MongoDB.
    • Experience in traditional, iterative, or Agile development practices is highly desirable.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions.
    • Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
    • Ability to understand and analyze complex systems.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change.
    • Ability to maintain and scale a fully functional framework.
    • Collaborative attitude, willing to be coached, do code reviews, and share skills, and methods.
    • Attention to detail, passion for product quality, and an eye for customer needs.
