    QUALIFICATION

    Education: Graduate of any of the following courses - Bachelor of Arts, major in Communication Arts; BS Marketing & Corporate Communications; BSBA Marketing; other Business-related courses.

    Experience: 3 years of experience in Brand Management.

    Knowledge in strategic planning.

    Special Qualities: Analyzing multiple sources of data and identifying new sources to answer complex brand issues.

    Must be willing to work on-site

    PRIMARY FUNCTION

    • Build brand health and awareness following the approved identity and desired market positioning.
    • Take the lead role in building the business through careful analysis, planning, coordination, implementation, management, control &measurement of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

    · Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

    · Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive qualified traffic.

    · Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Marketing Plans/Programs

    1. Develop, recommend, and seek approval for the brand's Annual Marketing Plan, calendar, and budget based on the company's strategies. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

    2. Develop, recommend, and seek approval for the marketing programs that are vital in the achievement of the marketing plan's objectives.

    3. Document the results of the marketing programs executed and identify best practices and points to improve on.

    4. Execute the marketing plan according to committed timelines.

    5. Prepare and recommend promotions and communication programs. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.

    6. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

    Sales Monitoring

    1. Monitor daily, and weekly monthly sales.

    2. Monitor sales and product mix on a monthly basis.

    3. Monitor promo/product redemption weekly or as often as needed.

    Market Research

    1. Monitor brand health measures quarterly.

    2. Lead consumers in sighting, competitive benchmarking, and environmental scans.

    Marketing Materials/Designs/Creatives

    1. Recommend the overall theme/creative guidelines for the ad/promo material. Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

    2. Review and recommend creative outputs by internal creatives and advertising agencies: Point-of-purchase (POP) materials, Creative and communications strategies, TVC storyboard, print ad/ digital compress, press release materials, and radio scripts. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.

    Product Innovation / Menu Management

    1. Analyze the menu mix/product portfolio and submit recommendations for new products to develop and launch.

    2. Analyze the current product portfolio and review each product's sales mix contribution & profitability.

    3. Recommend products to rationalize/delist from the menu lineup once a year based on set parameters.

    Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility

    1. Recommend PR and CSR programs.

    2. Work with a PR agency for the execution of a major CSR program.

    3. Monitor the execution of the approved PR and CSR programs.

    4. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

    Team Performance Management

    1. Discuss expected deliverables with each person and promote a healthy working environment/relationship.

    2. Regularly monitor the performance of each personnel based on the results/status of each assigned task.

    3. Coach each personnel on how to effectively plan and execute assigned tasks to achieve the best results, as needed.
