    Job Title: Billing Operations Specialist


    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Billing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining accounts to identify outstanding debts and prioritizing collection efforts based on factors like the amount and age of the debt.


    Main Responsibilities:


    • Review and maintain accounts receivable records, identifying any discrepancies or issues that need attention.
    • Investigate billing disputes, payment errors, or customer credit issues in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of all customer communications, transactions, and collection activities.
    • Analyze account balances to ensure they align with customer records.
