About the Role

As a Global Assistant Manager - Consumer (Global Brand Initiatives & New Product Formats), you will assist the Global Brand Manager in bringing to life impactful campaigns, special projects, and new product formats.

Working within the Global Brand Division, you will help drive local execution in the Philippines and support regional rollout across other markets. Your work will contribute to shaping how consumers experience the brand across new touchpoints and formats — from concept stores and collaborations to branded packaged products.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

I. Brand Campaigns & Local Initiatives

Support the development and execution of brand campaigns and key storytelling initiatives in the Philippines.
Assist in partnering with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful thematic brand executions and store branding projects.
Coordinate with regional teams to support the localization and rollout of campaigns in other markets.
Ensure all brand executions adhere to global brand strategy, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

II. Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

Support the development and execution of brand collaborations with artists, chefs, influencers, or partner brands in the Philippines and regional markets.
Ensure all partnerships adhere to brand values and support overall brand strategy and growth.
Assist in managing timelines, assets, and coordination to help bring collaborations to market seamlessly.

III. New Format Development & Commercialization

Support the identification of whitespace opportunities and assist in the development of new product format (e.g., RTD).
Assist in end-to-end project management—from conceptualizing and formulation to packaging, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, commercial, creative) and external partners (e.g., manufacturers, co-packers, distribution platforms) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the business model.
Provide input based on ground insights to support the development of go-to-market plans and help execute initiatives that drive awareness, trial, and sustained sales of new formats across relevant sales channels.
Support tracking of product performance across channels and contribute ideas for data-driven strategies to optimize brand visibility, conversion, and growth.
Collaborate with creative, content, and commercial teams to help craft compelling product narratives and support product-market fit.

IV. Project Management

Support alignment on priorities and timelines for brand initiatives and new format launches.
Collaborate with team members to help foster a positive working environment that encourages initiative, accountability, and continuous learning within the Global Brand Division, specifically Consumer Brand.

Qualifications

2-3 years experience in brand management, product marketing, or consumer marketing, ideally in F&B, lifestyle, or FMCG.
Experience supporting product innovation and contributing to the launch of new formats or categories.
Strong background in creative development, packaging, retail branding, and campaign execution.
Experience assisting in managing visual identity systems and ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
Highly organized with strong project management skills and creative taste.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across countries and departments.
Passion for building brands, storytelling, and shaping culture is a plus.
