    What you will do:

    • Responsible for the standardization of departmental procedures and operations within Casino Surveillance.
    • Ensure that CCTV systems are being fully utilized to protect company assets.
    • Monitor and report on effectiveness of departmental policy and implementation.
    • Manage all aspects of the Surveillance Operations within the Casino, with the goal of protecting company assets by way of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) applications.
    • Monitor the efficiency of the CCTV system(s) and report any deficiencies to management or seek corrective measures.
    • Ensure the effective manning of Gaming Surveillance Team members inside the room.
    • Assess and implement training where required for Surveillance Team members to achieve optimum performance levels.
    • Ensure understanding and enforcement of all policies and directives issued by Surveillance Management.
    • Minimize expenditures within the department by way of proper assessment and effective maintenance of all CCTV hardware and equipment.
    • Comply with scheduled deadlines on tasks or reports as required by Surveillance Management.
    • Ensure a safe working environment is maintained within the CCTV rooms and associated offices.
    • Ensure that all persons working within the Surveillance departments adhere to the Company's policy.
    • Ensure that all members of the Surveillance department are fully familiar with the evacuation policy and their departmental duty in the event of such evacuations or emergencies.
    • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by Surveillance Management and above.
    • Maintain good working relationships with Casino and other support departments, including PAGCOR regulator by means of reasonable open communication.
    • Evaluate performance and competencies of all Surveillance personnel under the Director of Surveillance and above command and offer training, coaching, or counseling as required.

    What we need:

    • Course certificates in Gaming Protection, Technical Report Writing, Customer Service and Management skills such as Coaching & Counseling, Disciplining and Appraisal Writing, preferred but not essential.
    • At least 5-7 years' experience in Casino operations of which 3 years' experience is in Surveillance Supervisory or Managerial position in a casino within a recognized jurisdiction*.
    • Knowledge of casino games such as Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette are pre-requisites, other game knowledge is an advantage.
    • Working knowledge on operations of various casino units, like slots, table games, cage and security.
    • Working knowledge of Windows or other operating systems and Microsoft Office.
