We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Admin Assistant to support end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working with candidates, managing recruitment data, and supporting hiring processes.
While prior recruitment experience is an advantage, candidates from the engineering or mining industries, particularly those familiar with Western Australia operations, are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and following up with candidates
Conduct candidate outreach and follow-ups via phone and email to progress applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS or CRM systems
Coordinate candidate documentation, compliance checks, and application requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment outcomes
Provide high-quality customer service to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
Prepare and update recruitment reports using MS Excel and other tools as required
Requirements
Strong telephone manner with clear, professional, and confident communication skills
High level of customer service and relationship-building ability
Ability to follow up and "chase" candidates to ensure timely completion of requirements
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable using digital systems and tools
Experience using ATS or CRM platforms, such as Bullhorn, is highly regardeds
Exposure to recruitment, engineering, or mining industries (WA experience is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time-management skills
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement.
You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits 5. HMO offered after 6-month probation
Monthly Salary:
PHP 35,000
Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
13th Month Pay after 30 days
Annual Salary Review
Laptop provided after 30 days
Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
SHIFT TIMES:
7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
