    Has responsibility for managing a team with given process scope (OTC,
    Collections and/or credit management). Might be segregated according to
    geography and customer segmentation. Typically manages multiple team
    leaders.

    Job Description

    • Has responsibility for managing a team with given process scope (OTC,
      Collections and/or credit management).
    • Might be segregated according togeography and customer segmentation.
    • Typically manages multiple teamleaders.
    • Oversees credit management, risk management, payment monitoring and
      application, on account classification and collections.
    • Has responsibility for leading and directing a team focusing on a
      segmented geographical area or sub process towards achieving timely and
      accurate collections of overdue or related accounts receivables
      processing.

    Job Qualifications

    • Total of 10-15 years of experience with OTC, Collections and/or Credit Management
    • Total of 5 years leadership experience with OTC, Collections and/or Credit Management
    • Graduate of Accounting or any Finance-related courses
    • CPA is an advantage
    • High-level experience with SAP and other office applications
    • With high level of learning agility
    • Has good stakeholder's management adept with KPI management and has a good team management methodology.
