    We run a premium dating concierge service for high-performing professionals (US, UK, Dubai).

    Our clients are successful individuals who value discretion, efficiency, and results.

    We are not looking for a coordinator.

    We are looking for someone who owns outcomes.

    What would be your role?

    You are responsible for:


    • Client results


    • Client retention


    • System performance


    • Team coordination


    • Problem solving


    • Revenue protection

    You are the operational backbone of the company. You are the general manager.

    What are the requirements?


    • 5+ years in a managerial role


    • Strong experience in Sales / Lead Generation / Performance-based business


    • Proven history of improving KPIs


    • Comfortable working with High Net Worth Individuals


    • Experience managing international remote teams


    • Strong decision-making ability

    You must be extremely results-driven.

    Outcomes (Measured Quarterly)

    1. Increase Client Results by +50% per Quarter until success/sufficient satisfaction

    Improve match quality, response rates, conversion to dates, and overall client success.

    If results stagnate, you propose and implement changes.

    2. Client Retention: Maximum Renewal Rate

    Clients should stay as long as possible.

    You track:


    • Satisfaction


    • Frustrations


    • Early warning signals


    • Renewal timelines


    • Payment compliance

    Goal: High retention and on-time payments.

    3. System Reliability

    All systems must work at all times:


    • Messaging


    • Lead flow


    • Platform setup


    • Technical tools


    • Automation

    When something breaks:

    You coordinate the fix.

    You hire the right person if needed (with CEO approval).

    You do not wait.

    4. Strategic Improvements

    You continuously propose:


    • New platforms for clients


    • Profile direction changes


    • Performance improvements


    • Process optimizations

    We expect thinking, not just execution.

    5. Team Leadership

    You manage an international team across:

    US, Africa, Asia, Europe.

    You ensure:


    • Accountability


    • Clear KPIs


    • Performance monitoring


    • Clear communication

    • $700 fixed


    • $700 performance-based (tied to retention + client performance improvement)
