    This job is a project based, the initial contract is 6 months to one year but subject for extension o renewal depending on performance evaluation.

    Work Schedule (time and days of the week): M-S (day-off varies), 07:00 am - 3:00 pm/12:30 pm – 8:30 pm

    Job Responsibilities:
    Respond to queries of agents regarding terminal operations and network-related concerns.

    Provides sales-related information (like sales/cancellations/payouts for the day, week, and month) specific to that lotto agent, thru the use of management terminals which has direct access to the central sales database of the system.

    Assists the lotto agents/operators in performing ticket cancellations, thru the management terminal, which are beyond the allowed cancellation time period by providing the lotto operator with special access privileges.

    Logs all calls received for monitoring purposes.
    Performs first-level diagnostics on problems being called in by lotto agents/operators.
    Reports the problems to the concerned departments for appropriate action.
    Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
