    Job Responsibilities

    Answer CS requests via:
    - email (integrated with Zendesk)
    - in-app messages (integrated with Jira)
    CS requests can vary among:
    • Account-related questions (cancel, refund, invoice, general inquiry)
    • Product-related questions (there's a list of Q&A we can share with the rep)
    Bug reports (will be working with our internal tech team on these)

    Qualifications
    • Written and Reading comprehension in English for emails
    • Some knowledge about SaaS (the nature of a subscription business)
    • Knowledge about how Stripe, Zendesk, and Jira works
    Ability to learn about a new product (it's quite a simple product to be honest)
