    ZigZag is looking for an Admin and Bookkeeping to join our team

    About Our Client

    Our client is a well-known, highly reputable brand within the Fire services industry. They have a strong reputation for quality products and services, who specializes in the supply, installation, service and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial fire services systems and equipment.

    About The Role

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Admin and Bookkeeping. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the administration team and support our client's Director.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing outstanding customer service
    • Maintain up to date, accurate customer records within Uptick
    • Assisting Director with customer communication
    • Creating and assigning ad-hoc works to technicians
    • Compiling draft quotations for customers when required
    • Reconciling Xero transactions
    • Preparing BAS statements
    • Loading invoices and Bills in Xero

    Role Requirements

    • High level of written and verbal communication skills, including a good phone manner
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and Xero
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to problem solve
    • Previous experience within an administrative position ideal
    • Previous experience with Uptick an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
