Job summary
Maintain extensive knowledge of hotels products in order to effectively promote them to guests ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of sales opportunities for the property process or amend or cancel reservations requested by phone mail or fax directly in the system promptly and accurately according to established standards
- Training will be provided on hotel reservation systems
- Coordinate closely with Sales personnel to enter all data for Group bookings releasing any unused rooms back to Hotel's room inventory.
