Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Endpoint Management Analyst with a strong focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. This role is responsible for ensuring AVD endpoints meet organizational compliance standards, including patching, software deployment, secure configurations and integration with endpoint management and security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with geographic business stakeholders to build relationships, gather requirements, document, plan deployments, able to own and drive projects to fruition ,
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during migration and onboarding activities.
