- 6+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development specifically on Mule ESB, Mule API Management

- Incident Management:
- Lead the response to critical incidents, coordinating efforts to mitigate the impact on business operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent the recurrence of high-severity incidents.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with development teams, MuleSoft administrators, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Documentation and Best Practices:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MuleSoft integrations, including best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
