    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development specifically on Mule ESB, Mule API Management
    • Must have experience developing with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x)
    • Experience with RAML Specifications
    • Experience with integration architecture concepts, including API-Led, SOAP, REST, and integration patterns (Sync/Async, Batch, Pub-Sub, etc.)
    • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Git and Maven)
    • Experience with MUnit
    • Preferably MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD - Mule 4)
    • Experience in SalesForce integration using Mulesoft
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Certifications: Relevant MuleSoft certifications, such as MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD - Mule 4)are highly desirable.

    Summary: The Senior MuleSoft Support Engineer is a seasoned professional responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of MuleSoft integration solutions within the organization. This role involves providing expert-level support, leading troubleshooting efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and maintain a robust MuleSoft integration

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advanced Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in troubleshooting and resolution techniques.
    • Performance Optimization:
    • Proactively identify and implement optimizations to enhance the performance and efficiency of MuleSoft integrations.
    • Collaborate with development teams to fine-tune integration processes and improve overall system responsiveness.
    • Incident Management:
    • Lead the response to critical incidents, coordinating efforts to mitigate the impact on business operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to prevent the recurrence of high-severity incidents.
    • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work closely with development teams, MuleSoft administrators, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and knowledge sharing.
    • Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of complex MuleSoft integration projects.
    • Documentation and Best Practices:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MuleSoft integrations, including best practices, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
    • Advocate for and enforce adherence to best practices across the MuleSoft support team.
    • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay current with industry trends, MuleSoft updates, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
    • Propose and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in MuleSoft support processes and methodologies.
