- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to identify shortages or excess
- Ensure product availability across all distribution channels and direct customer demand
- Record and reconcile daily deliveries, shipments, and inventory movements
- Use inventory management systems and software to track demand and inventory data
- Place purchase orders to replenish stock while avoiding stockouts or overstocking
- Analyze inventory data and trends to forecast future requirements
- Evaluate and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effective sourcing and reliable partnerships
- Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, supply chain staff, and other stakeholders to meet operational goals
- Ensure inventory practices align with pharmaceutical industry standards and client requirements
- Prepare and present regular inventory reports, insights, and risk updates to management
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory handling, stock control, and supply chain processes
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping skills
- Strong business and analytical mindset with good judgment and insight
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid analytical and numerical skills with experience in forecasting and data analysis
- Working knowledge of inventory management software and reporting tools
- Ability to accurately track inventory and generate clear, actionable reports
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable, trustworthy, and accountable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant inventory manager experience
- Experience supporting US-based clients or operations within the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work night shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
