- Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Design, build, and manage highly effective email marketing campaigns, including lead nurture programs, triggered email sequences, and automated workflows using Marketo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Lead Nurture Execution: Create and optimize multi-stage lead nurture campaigns that align with the buyer's journey to convert prospects into qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, content, design) to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Data Segmentation and Personalisation: Leverage data segmentation techniques to personalise email content based on user behaviour, demographics, and lead scoring to enhance engagement and improve campaign results.
- Email Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices for deliverability, spam compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.), and inbox placement.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insights to optimise future email marketing initiatives. Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools. Adobe Marketo Engage and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
- Proven experience in creating and managing lead nurture campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in data segmentation, dynamic content, and personalisation techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Certification in Adobe Marketo Engage and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
