• At least 2 years' experience with Oracle NetSuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential
• Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work night hours to provide support to the AMERICA Region
• Must have ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) experience.
  

• Experience in Customer Support is preferred.
• Accounting experience is a plus

• Providing day to day system support to our business.
• Onboarding of the new Subsidiaries into NetSuite including Data Migration
• Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite customizations including FDDs, User Guides and Release Notes.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement & efficiency
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head
