Job Summary
The Operations Risk Specialist supports the Department Manager in implementing and maintaining the hospital's risk management frameworkAssist the ORM Department Head in development of Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework ensuring alignment with strategic goals regulatory standards and hospital objectives Conduct risk assessments for various operational areas facility clinical patient safety information security vendors etc consolidate departmental project-level risk reports into comprehensive risk report conduct thorough reviews of departmental risk registers to ensure accuracy completeness provide feedback recommendation to address gaps enhance mitigation strategies improve overall documentation practices support ongoing evaluation validation of mitigation strategies ensuring continuous improvement in management practices assist utilizing data analytics track effectiveness of mitigation strategies make recommendations adjust maintain ongoing success build strong culture within hospital by training awareness campaigns communication efforts provide guidance sessions on concepts best practices staff executives stakeholders collaborate Business Continuity Management coverage risks related financial posture business resiliency participate projects programs particularly information security vendor assessment contribute conducting gap analyses identify areas for improvement supporting ongoing alignment regulatory industry standards manage tools repositories organizing all materials easily accessible act team representative internal committees meetings assigned engage events activities directed immediate superior carry out duties position assigned graduate any four year course advanced training certifications relevant experience enterprise vendor information security is preferred proven methodologies reporting proficiency online Google based office programs tools techniques day shift onsite willing work BGC Taguig Quezon City
