    FILINVEST HOTEL: Quest Hotel Tagaytay City

    Position Summary

    In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality Inc. And Quest Hotel Tagaytay, under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, manages special accounts and executes administrative tasks assigned in Sales Department. This position is responsible for representing and promoting the hotel by maintaining constant contact with contact with the market and the customer base of his/her responsibility through customer relationship management
    • Establishes and communicates customer service objectives which support achievements of Quest Hotel Tagaytay's Mission and Vision.
    • Monitors customer service levels and counsels' employees with alternative methods of responding to customer requests
    • Determines customer delight level and needs by reviewing comment cards talking to customers regularly
    • Provides staff with the skills training to be able to provide value added service to customers
    • Performs other duties as required to provide

    Sales

    • Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan
    • Attends major travel functions (i.e. trade shows and promotional events) that deal specifically with his/her market area
    • Promotes and procedures sales leads for Quest Hotel Tagaytay
    • Arranges familiarization/site inspection trips by major clients
    • Ensures rate quoted and committed to clients are within specified guidelines
    • Established and maintain files on major active accounts within his/her market area

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or diploma in hotel management
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as Sales Executive preferably in the hospitality industry
    • Strong understanding of hotel operations and services
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationship
    • Proficiency in Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of the team
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
    • Can start immediately
    • Amenable to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
