Stock Management Specialist

• Ensure accurate maintenance and update of inventory and stock management systems
• Receive delivered materials and confirm compliance with purchase order specifications
• Track, record, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
• Manage stock movements and maintain a complete log of all stock transfers
• Supervise the implementation of health and safety procedures
• Process incoming requisitions and issue items to requestors with proper documentation
• Perform physical inventory counts and report slow-moving items to prevent over purchasing
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment
• Organize storage and inventory areas efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in storekeeping (minimum 3 years) or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in inventory management
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Keen attention to detail and effective time management
