    Payroll Officer AU (Part-Time), be 100% YOU with MicroSourcing

    A Payroll Officer AU (Part-Time) is expected to:
    • Support all payroll processing within the business.
    • Comply with relevant awards and legislation.
    • Preparation and payment of all Federal tax obligations including PAYG tax, Payroll tax, and Superannuation Guarantee contributions.
    • Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments
    • Managing leave entitlements and payments
    • Assisting with month-end reporting
    • Employee record maintenance, adding new employees where required.
    • Working closely with internal management
    • Regular filling and archiving of payroll information.
    • Entering timesheets manually or via import.
    • Working in a team of payroll officers attending to timesheets coming through a ticketing system.
    • Preparing weekly payment runs.
    • Preparing and sending weekly client invoicing reports
    What it takes to be part of our team:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
    • 2-3 years of experience with Australian payroll.
    • Preference to have an understanding of Australiau0027s modern awards.
    • Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations, and legislation
    • High accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Advanced computer skills including, Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Will to work onsite - Cyberscape Beta Ortigas Center, Pasig City
    • Part-time schedule (Monday-Wednesday or Monday-Thursday)
