    Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of human resources for foreign employees, including but not limited to:On-boarding/off-boarding process, VISA and 201 file management, attendance andperformance calculation, training and event planning, etc.
    • Assess project needs and formulate human resource planning and budgets.
    Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover and hiring costs.
    • Develop competitive salary and benefit plans to create a conducive working environmentfor attracting and retaining top talents.
    • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and regulations.
    • Promptly address employee requests and grievances.
    • Assist in project specific talent recruitment, establishing and maintaining recruitmentchannels.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be stationed in Cebu City.
    • Non-Chinese nationality is required.
    • Proficiency in English, knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
    • Familiarity with the Six Modules of Human Resources
    • Strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
    • Understanding of Philippine labor laws and basic VISA knowledge.
    • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Additional Preferences:

    • Experience in managing Filipino or other foreign employees is a plus.
    • Preferred experience in event organization and training planning.
    • Having recruitment channels and relevant practical experience.
    • Extroverted personality, skilled in communication, mediation, and lobbying.
    • Experience in human resources automation system planning or construction.
    • Malaysian nationals are preferred. Understanding Cantonese is a plus.
