    Job Title: Local IT Corporate Recruiter

    Work Setup: Hybrid (WFH 2x a week)

    Start Date: Immediate/Urgent

    Job Type: Full-time, Contract for Six Months (with possibility of extension)

    Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

    We are looking for an experienced Local IT Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Philippine hiring landscape and experience recruiting IT professionals. This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure we attract high-quality talent that aligns with organizational needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruit for a wide range of IT roles in the Philippines.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and extending offers.
    • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, healthcare networks, and proactive sourcing strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
    • Maintain and update recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
    • Stay updated on PH regulations, market trends, and competitive hiring practices.

    Qualifications

    • 5 years of experience as a Corporate IT Recruiter in the Philippines.
    • Strong understanding of IT roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
    • Experience sourcing hard-to-fill positions using advanced recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience supporting high-volume staffing.
    • Strong negotiation and offer-management skills.
