    1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Computer

    Engineering, or other related courses.

    2. Hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies.

    3. Knowledge on VM Server & Linux Server administration and management.

    4. Knowledge of FTTH Technology, like OLT, GPON, EPON, etc.

    5. Knowledge on Wireless Technology.

    6. Knowledge on Database and PHP

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Work alongside with Senior Engineer to deploy, manage and troubleshoot fiber network,

    and its supporting infrastructure.

    2. Configure and maintain router and switches via CLI (Command-Line Interface).

    3. Configure static router OSPF areas and basic BGP (Border Gateway Protocol)

    multi-sites connectivity.

    4. Set-up VLAN, LACP (Link Aggregation Control Protocol), +STP, Junos Switches.

    5. Manage DHCP, PPOE, server sittings for IPV4, and address assignment.

    6. Define and enforce router-based firewall rules AZL and zone policies.

    7. Support and manage virtual environments.

    8. Do changes management for firewall upgrades and security checks.

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    As a Network Associate, you'll work alongside our senior engineers to deploy, manage,

    and troubleshoot Our GPON/EPON fiber network and supporting infrastructure. You'll gain

    hands-on experience with state- of-the-art OLT/ONU platforms, RouterOS, Junos, and

    enterprise monitoring tools. This is an ideal role for someone early in their networking career

    who's looking to deepen their expertise in FTTH and core routing/switching technologies.

    FTTH & Network Fundamentals

    ● Assist with design and deployment of PON architectures (GPON, EPON).

    ● Perform fiber-optic testing (OTDR, power meters, VFL) and analyze results.

    ● Apply systematic troubleshooting using the OSI model to resolve network issues.

    OLT & ONU Operations

    ● Provision and manage services on OLTS: port mapping, subscriber activation, firmware

    upgrades.

    ● Onboard and troubleshoot ONUS and customer CPE (ONT/router), including

    subscriber profile assignment and optical/access fault isolation.
