    Qualifications:
    Preferably Graduate of 4 years course
    HRM, Food Tech, or Business Courses
    Male or Female
    With at least a year of supervisory experience handling food kiosk/stall chains of restaurants
    And bakeshop concepts
    With good written, oral and verbal communication skills
    With good leadership mentoring skills
    Ability to work with less supervision
    Willing to work in a highly competitive environment

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Conducts performance review & weekly meetings at the store level
    • Ensures proper implementation of Sales, Marketing & Operational programs in the stores being supervised.
    • Conducts on the spot crew training and coaching whenever necessary
    • Coordinates with maintenance group for any assistance related to repairs and maintenance of equipment and store facilities.
    • Ensures good working relations with all subordinates.
    • Recommends personnel supervised for promotion and regularization.
    • Checks regularly the stores compliance to standards in regard to Cleanliness and Sanitation, Customer Service and Product Quality.
    • Checks daily records per store in regard to sales deposits, petty cash purchases, change funds, SIR, and promotional collaterals.
    • Prepares regular shift schedules and assignments of crews.
