1. Responsible for ensuring that all documentation follows the established standards in terms of content, structure and flow
2. Responsible in ensuring that all documentation of methodologies, processes, procedures are in place and copies are secured and accessible from any of the network environments of the company - Production, Development, Test and Disaster Recovery
3. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation in the IT division
4. Consolidates and monitors the budget of the entire department providing details for each monitor item within the budget i.e. expenditures and expenses, project related and/or ongoing concern
5. Perform compliance and vendor management of IT division ensuring adherence to service and operating level agreements

• Must be a college graduate of any business or I.T./ Computer Science/Engineering Course
• Must have at least one (1) year of exposure in technical writing and documentation standards
• Must be a good team player with a customer-oriented attitude, good in oral/ written communication skills.
• Must possess good skills in Data and information collection and analysis Process analysis and evaluation
• Must be knowledgeable in the advanced use of PC Software and Utilities such as: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Web browsers - Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, others
• Exposure and experience in documentation standards and accounting principles and procedures
• Fair understanding of: Operating Systems used by the company specially Windows
• Fair understanding of: Database Software used by the company
• Required Technical Skills: Technical Writing Shared file and folder operations, usage and security Accounting principles and procedures
