Key Responsibilities
Leasing Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact with leasing managers regarding available spaces for lease.
• Collect and analyze leasing requirements, proposals, and agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing negotiations, contracts, and timelines.
Construction & Project Management
• Coordinate construction-related activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and escalate project risks or issues to management.
Multi-Business Project Support
• Manage and oversee projects assigned under different business units.
• Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across all projects.
Administrative & Communication
• Organize meetings with leasing managers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Document minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.
