    The position will be responsible in supporting platforms and applications under the Data and Analytics team in IT Group. He/She supports the continuous functioning of the platform on areas such as governance, IT operations processes (methodologies, processes, and tools), and platform administration and is also expected to support the development and implementation of policies on operations and governance for all data and analytics platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure platform's adherence to standard operating models, management of application/infrastructure patches, upgrades, and installation of platform components.
    • Support post-activity testing after major upgrades and patches.
    • Monitoring of jobs, production processes, systems availability, latency, and overall platform health.
    • Analyze, identify issues, conduct investigation of functional/technical/infrastructure bugs, service failures, operational problems, and provide acceptable workaround/resolutions/fix to identified incidents/issues/defects.
    • Ensure platform stability across data platform capabilities.
    • Other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree relevant to the job.
    • At least 2 years of experience in production support and operations experience.
    • Knowledge and experience in ETL, Azure Data Platforms, Databricks, or MDM (preferably Informatica).
    • Experience in addressing IT infrastructure & architecture, network & application security, and identity & access management incidents.
    • Knowledge in ITIL Service Management Framework.
    • Supported creation & execution of test cases and scenarios for solutions.
    • Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
