• Age not more than 45 years old
• Graduate/Undergraduate of any business related course
• JLPT N2 or N3 Certificate
• With experience in Logistics and Warehousing company is a plus
• High Level of Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills
• Assist the assigned Japanese expatriate in the daily communication with team members and visitors;
• Translate communication on print or verbal (Japanese to English and vice versa) as required by the Japanese expats.
• Does secretarial duties and other related services that may be assigned from time to time.
• Physically fit to work and can start as soon as possible.
  
  

• Convert concepts in the source language to equivalent concepts in the target language
• Compile information, such as technical terms used in legal settings, into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in translations.
• Speak, read, and write fluently in at least two languages, including English and one or more foreign languages
• Relay the style and tone of the original language
• Manage work schedules to meet deadlines
• Render spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly
• Train interns in the vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, reading of the Japanese Language, and basic writing of Hiragana and Katakana.
