QualificationsGraduate of Psychology, Human Resource, or any related courseWith at leadt 5 years of expereince as HR Assistant ManagerKnowledge on HR Systems and databaseIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesWith excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
