The Opportunity

• An experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant – to join NRI's Oracle practice. Reporting to NRI's Lead Principal Consultant.
• You will be part of an Agile delivery team who will work on various projects where we are delivering Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.
• You will be leading and facilitating solution design workshops related to GL, AR, AP, FA and Cash Management modules.
• You will assist customers with key design elements such as chart of accounts.
• You will lead a team and make sure project deliverables are achieved on time.
• You will have the opportunity to develop new skills, undertake Oracle L&D and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI's Oracle team you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability, IP, and go-to-market solutions.
• Prepare a broad range of documentation through the program lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.
• Manage and develop stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.

Desired Experience

• With more than 8 years of relevant experience you will have worked on at least 2 end to end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects and possess hands on implementation experience related to Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, FA and Cash Management modules.
• Good understanding of Financial Accounting.
• Prior hands-on experience on Oracle Fusion/eBS Procurement modules is an added advantage.
• Experience in managing review, analyses and design of complex finance business processes and services for customers operating in various industries. This includes experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative integration solutions.
• You are a team player who can work in an agile environment; and who has experience of working with distributed teams (including onshore / offshore models).
