What You'll Do:
Advocate for colleagues and respond to their questions about HR matters and initiatives
Provides strategic and technical support for sophisticated HR issues and activities, including departmental initiatives, programs, processes, and policies
Managing the members mandatory benefits and other tasks related to member benefits
Performance management:
partner with clients/management to provide guidance and support including coaching, counseling, and performance improvement actions
Perform various tasks related to invoicing, financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable in timely manner
Compensation planning:
works with leadership team during planning to align colleague rewards to performance
Payroll:
handling the payroll and collaborate with compensation to resolve colleague questions and issues
Lead and/or participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance policies, procedures, and HR practices
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in HR
Experience and understanding of various HR Processes
Tech savvy, knowledge in using tool, software, applications and HRIS related to payroll/compensation, employee relations, and performance management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent HR experience
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues of every level, speaking and writing about potentially sensitive employment subject matters
Detailed understanding of employment law practices in the Philippines
Knowledge with handling mandatory benefits in the Philippines (PHIC, Pagibig, Tin, SSS)
Experience in handling client invoices and payments
